Maintenance, Return and Replacement Policy
The maintenance, return or replacement of the goods shall be carried out for customers in the following cases:
The customer, in coordination with customer services at Wateen Saudi Arabia, has the right to maintain the device at the agent during the warranty period, in the event of a malfunction, unless the fault violates the instructions for use attached to the device, specified by the agent.
The customer has the right to request the return of the product within seven days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is wrapped in its original condition with all its contents and has not been used and is backed by the original invoice with proof of identity to complete the return or replacement process.
The customer has the right to request a return or replacement (the home appliance) after the approval and approval of the appliance agent in the event of a malfunction that does not violate the instructions for use during the warranty period.
Shipping and return fees are calculated on the customer for the mobile and computer departments and all small parts if they conform to the return and exchange policy at a value of 38 riyals.
Either for large pieces, the customer bears the shipping and return fees of 150 riyals in return for shipping and return expenses.
All consumer products such as software, multimedia, DVDs, computers, mobile phones and accessories of all kinds, printers, fax machines, copiers, inks, cameras, shavers, personal care devices are subject to return or exchange if they are unused, intact and in their original condition.
Terms of return and exchange
Basic terms and requirements for the replacement of any item:
The original purchase invoice must be attached.
The device to be replaced shall be in its original condition without any use with all its accessories and in its original packaging and with all its packaging accessories.
Replacement within a maximum of seven days from the invoice date.
State the reason for the replacement.
Returning the product in the event of a manufacturer defect:

Returning unwanted or unused product:
We will be happy to meet your desire to return or exchange any unused product or if you change your mind in light of the availability of the terms and requirements of the return, which is seven days from the date of receipt, with the original invoice for the purchase of the device in its unused condition.
No return or exchange for these products or cases:
A product that does not have a manufacturer defect and without the original carton, or all of the original packaging accessories included, or without all of its accessories.
The items that come out as gifts with the products have no guarantee at all, neither from Wateen Saudi nor from the agent.
Wateen Saudi is responsible for free delivery and installation of some products for the customer only once according to the appointment. In the event of another request for delivery or installation, the customer will bear an additional value of 75 riyals in the case of (changing the customer’s opinion – not complying with the deadlines).
Wateen Saudi is not responsible for changing prices after 3 days from the date of the invoice in case the product is received or not.
The warranty is on the agent, not the Saudi Wateen.
Additional fees are calculated when delivering outside the city where Wateen Saudi Arabia branch is located, according to weight, size and region.
The company is not responsible for providing the goods or storing them for more than 15 days from the date of the invoice, and the customer has the right to recover the amount only.
Invoice valued at less than 1,000 riyals will be calculated as 30 riyals for delivery.
In the event that you wish to recover the value of the invoice that was purchased by credit cards, the amounts paid will be returned to the same account of the customer’s card through the bank and the company is not responsible for the period of return to the customer’s account.
Terms and Conditions for the Computer and Technology Department
Return or exchange of the product can be accepted within one day from the date of the invoice.
The original invoice must be submitted with the exit stamp.
The product must be in its original packaging, along with all accessories and manuals.
Any open box returned or exchanged is subject to the following discount:
Mobile phones and tablets 30%
All other products 20%
Saudi Wateen does not allow return or exchange of damaged products as a result of misuse such as
Scratches or malfunctions that occur as a result of wrong voltage connections or loss

Computers, software and multimedia are not refundable
Printers, fax machines, copiers and consumable products (such as toners) can only be returned or exchanged in their original condition.
Equipment warranty according to the warranty card attached to each device
