We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes shall be deemed effective on the day they are posted on www.wateenksa.com (see date at top of page). You should therefore read the terms each time you use www.wateenksa.com. By entering www.wateenksa.com, registering an account or using the services provided by wateenksa.com on the site, you agree to be bound by the terms. If you do not agree to all or some of the terms, you must stop using www.wateenksa.com.

 

2. The account and user registered with the site

2.1. In order to access certain functions of the Service, including the ability to purchase products and services, you must register and create an account on www.wateenksa.com, including your password (“Account”). Noting that any account that is registered is a personal and exclusive account for you and is not transferable to any third party.

2.2. If you register and create an account, you become a “Registered User”. To become a Registered User, you must be at least 21 years of age and must provide true and accurate information (including name, date of birth, email address, credit/card details and other details) as requested during the account creation process. As dictated by law, you, as a parent or guardian of a minor between the ages of 18 and 21, may allow them to use your Account, on the basis that you remain liable for any use of the Service by such minor through your Account. We may perform further checks to confirm your age with a registered credit reference agency (or similar), and if we are unable to verify that you are over 21 years of age, we will cancel your application

3.1. As a registered user, you may order and purchase Products through the Service. If a payment is required for a product you have ordered, you must pay the full amount for that product as indicated during the ordering process, including shipping costs and other fees that may apply to that order. You can view the payment and delivery terms below, or refer to the Help and Services section by clicking here on how to use www.wateenksa.com for information on how to place an order. All orders placed by you on www.wateenksa.com are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. “Confirmation” is a stage that defines the final details of your order. After this, we will send you an email confirming the process and detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not for order confirmation or order acceptance by wateenksa.com

3.3. After accepting your order, the contract between you and us will be completed after accepting the order by delivering what you ordered to you, if you paid for the purchase of the products using your card or when the products were delivered to your address and provided we received the full purchase price, unless we notify you that your order has been rejected or unless you Cancel the order (please refer to the Easy Returns section).

3.5. There may be errors in the prices that appear on www.wateenksa.com or during the ordering process from time to time. There may also be errors in the transmission that may interrupt the purchase process. Wateen will do its best to try to solve any problems that may arise as a result of such errors. Your role is to agree to cooperate with wateenksa.com in resolving such matters, and you agree that the company shall have complete freedom to act and determine the appropriate decision in such cases.

3.6. Parties other than wateenksa.com may advertise and provide services or sell their products at www.wateenksa.com. Such purchases from third parties will be restricted at the time the order is made and these terms and conditions as well as any other terms and conditions dictated by such third party making the sale will apply. wateenksa.com does not guarantee the offers offered by any of these companies or individuals, and your purchase from any of these parties or individuals is your personal responsibility and you must bear its cost.

4.1. Payment is made using a credit or debit card (“Card”) at the time we receive your order for the relevant Products and after we verify your card details. Products are provided as available. In the event that we are unable to provide the products, we will inform you as soon as possible. The full amount you paid for the product will be refunded.

4.2. To ensure that the card is not used without your consent, if you want to use the MasterCard and Visa (MIGS) card as the payment method, you will be directed to the website of the MasterCard and Visa Payments (MIGS) website, where you will be asked to enter the card details (such as Card number, expiration date, and PIN code). We will make sure that your name, address, and other personal information that you provided to us during the order process is correct, using appropriate databases by third parties. By accepting these terms, you agree to make such checks. The personal information you have provided may be disclosed to the registered credit reference agency (the MasterCard and Visa Payment Processing website), which may maintain a record of that information. Please note that this is only to confirm your identity and that your credit rating will not be affected.

4.3. The price you pay for products you have ordered is the price displayed on www.wateenksa.com at the time your order was received, except for some exceptions. Although we make sure that all product prices are stated accurately, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the prices of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel that order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a canceled order. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

4.5. The risk of loss or damage and title to the products you have ordered on www.wateenksa.com shall pass to you as soon as you receive the products at the address mentioned in your order, or on the date of the first delivery attempt by us, provided that we have received the full price of the products.

4.6 All prices quoted are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include taxes (if any) at current applicable rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise (for more details please see delivery and installation information including charges delivery).

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party.
